Mgr plays with employee instead of taking care biz
The saleswomen are sweet and try very hard. However, the store is poorly stocked, so they try and sell you things that you don't want because the things you want aren't there - even the items that are prominently displayed. Just a frustrating experience all around. Walked out empty handed after an hour.
This Victoria's Secret location store filled with horrible employees with disappointing services. The manager or supervisor girl talk to me like I know nothing or stupid, employees treated me with no respect. I pay a lot of money for things here, but what I deserve? -disrespect, embarrassment, and disappointments!! Very nasty attitudes! They are not helpful at all. I would not give them a single, but it asks you to do at least one star automatically which they won't worth having it.
Store very dirty
I went into Victoria's Secret and I got really disappointed because i spent about 2 hours picking my panties and when I went into the fitting room to try on the bras she asked for my panties so she could hold onto them and when I got out and I asked for them she said "oh they are gone I don't know where they at" and made no effort to find them. Her name was Jessica, this happened today, Friday November 25th, between 8-10 pm at Hamilton mall in mays landing New Jersey.
Wonderful experience, very helpful and knowledgeable. The bra fitter was excellent and spot on. The cashiers were very sweet, accommodating and helpful. One on the best experience I've had at VS.
